The "Pelling" is an automatic pellet boiler for heating family houses, residential and small industrial buildings. Boiler Pelling has a modern design and modern construction, and its combustion technology is on a high level. The boiler is equipped with a self-dosing system, which, according to the given intensity, independently doses the pellet from the silo into the combustion chamber. The vacuum required for burning the pellet is achieved by flue gas fan.

Increased intensity of combustion leads to the formation of a certain quantity of ash which falls into the ash box, located just below the combustion chamber. When the boiler is cold, the cleaning is done very quickly. It is necessary to empty the ash box and remove the ashes and sediment from the boiler walls.
The boiler is equipped with automatic control, which, by reaching the given temperature automatically reduces the heating power, and maintains a light flame (modulation). By decreasing temperature, the control again increases power and restarts the boiler.

In case that, although operating at minimum power, the temperature in the boiler increases by 2 ° C over the default, the boiler will automatically extinguish. After the temperature in the boiler decreases, the boiler will resume the re-ignition phase.

In case of connection to the room thermostat, we can choose between two operating modes:

• The boiler goes into the modulation on the room thermostat signal - works in minimum power
• The boiler is switched - off on the room thermostat signal.

It is designed to burn wood as well, by adding a grid into the boiler. This possibility gives the user extra security in purchasing energy source. The "Pelling" boiler is made of high-quality steel sheet, which guarantees its long life.

Also, when choosing a suitable boiler, you can select the side of the pellet container (silo), as well as the option of selecting an expanded container with higher capacity than the standard, which gives you greater autonomy in operation.

Grate for wood burning*

The construction of the boiler allows you to set up a grate for burning wood, and to use wood as an alternative energy source.


Note*:

Burning wood is an alternative and it is not recommended to use the wood boiler constantly. Only dry wood is allowed for use. 

WiFi module

Designed for communication and control of boiler operation via the Internet. Compatible with Android, IOS and Windovs devices. The user can have full control over the boiler via the application:

  • enable / disable,
  • change the power of work,
  • change the temperature and
  • to program delayed ignition and shutdown times.
GSM modem

By using a mobile phone and by sending an appropriate SMS message, the following functions can be performed:

• Set the default phone numbers
• Adjust the language of communication between the modem and the phone
• Switch on boiler/stove
• Switch off boiler/stove
• Changing the default temperature
• Changing the workforce
• Read the boiler/stove status

Room thermostat The boilers regulation is prepared for the connection to the room thermostat. The customer can choose any room thermostat that has a 0 / I contact. The connection to the room thermostat is regulated by the software and the thermostat must not have voltage at the outputs. Currently there are several kinds of room thermostats (wired, wireless, Wi-fi etc).

Note: The accessories are not included in the boiler delivery and are specially ordered according to the needs of the user.
